I've called Menlo Park home since 2008 and became a trustee of the Las Lomitas school board in 2021. My focus has been on supporting every student's academic, social, and emotional growth; keeping our district financially strong for the long term; and increasing transparency in decision-making through good policy and communication.

I believe the best decisions come from being prepared, curious, and open to different perspectives. Respectful collaboration builds stronger schools, even when we don't agree.

Before joining the board, I founded a local preschool and two nonprofits focused on expanding educational opportunities. I also served as PTA president and treasurer in the district for several years. My proudest PTA legacy is La Entrada's annual school-wide meal-kit build. As both a parent and a trustee, I know the importance of strong public schools and how much trust our community places in the people it elects.

Outside of board service, I enjoy spending time with my family (including two Las Lomitas graduates), reading fiction, and spoiling my dogs, Cici and Charlie.
